For our community
Built for the Burmese community, at home and abroad. Disciplined pathways into international careers, through certifications the world recognises, taught in the manner of the institutions that established each field. Open to those who would learn, whether or not a university has admitted them.
The Inaugural Cohort convenes · June 2026
On Method
§ I
The School holds that disciplines are taught as they are practised, by reading the system one did not write, by defending the host one would otherwise lose, by writing the policy others will be governed by.
Curriculum is not a deliverable. It is a record of what students were asked to do, with whom, and to what end. Our instructors are practitioners who continue to practise. Our admissions are small. Our graduates are known.
For our community
§ II
The Mo School exists because too many capable people, particularly in the Burmese community, at home and in the diaspora, are kept from the careers they could have by circumstances no syllabus measures. We do not screen for an admissions essay in a second language. We do not ask for transcripts from institutions that may not exist anymore. We ask what you would like to build, who you are when you build it, and what you are prepared to do.
Areas of Study
§ III
The School begins in the disciplines of computing and information security, but is not, and has never intended to be limited to them. As the institution matures, further schools will convene under the same method and the same standard. A preview of two appears below; others are in preparation.

On the Founder
§ IV
Founder. Instructor at Brooklyn Cyber Corporation.
CISSP. CISA. CISM. CASP. Cornell MPA. WGU BS IT, MS IT Management.
The Mo School of Technology was founded by Ye Yint Myint Mo (Kris), a cybersecurity practitioner and instructor whose own training was earned across the institutions that set the standard. Cornell for public administration, Western Governors for information technology and IT management, and the working credentials of the profession itself: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CASP.
He started the School because the people he met along the way, the capable, the prepared, the ready, were too often left at the gate by circumstances no syllabus could measure. The Mo School exists to open that gate, and to keep it open. The first cohort begins where his own discipline began: cybersecurity, taught as it is practised in the field.
Veritas et Iustitia
Educate. Empower. Secure the future.

On the Institution
§ V
The Mo School is built to outlast its founding cohort. The disciplines we offer first, and the disciplines we add later, are governed by a single method and held to a single standard.
We do not chase the curriculum of the moment. We choose fields where the gap between formal study and practised work is widest, and we close it.
Admissions for the Inaugural Cohort
